Skill Assessment and Enhancement

An organization’s capability to delivery is totally dependent on the skill of its resources.  Skill Assessment therefore is a measure of an employee’s ability to deliver the expectations established by his/her organization. Skill Assessment does not measure how the skill was acquired, only the quantum of skill possessed.  Skill Assessment can be for Technical or Non Technical Skills like Management or Operations.  The Output of a skill assessment exercise is a Skill Gap Report, which outlines the gap between an employee’s current skills and the skills he or she is expected to possess.
