Founder and CEO
Santhosh Udayanan
With over 20 years of IT experience, Santhosh Udayanan has performed multiple senior roles as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Delivery Officer, Head of Service Delivery, India Head of Project Management practices and Global Process Excellence consultant with EY, IBS and Project Management Institute.
He is an industry proven expert of management consulting in IT delivery, technology and process excellence. A well reputed corporate trainer, Santhosh is passionate about giving back to society and promote community development.
Nine times organizational award winner, Santhosh had also won the prestigious global annual award for Leadership in IT from EY Global Delivery Services.
He has also led enterprise CSR initiatives of multiple major organisations. Santhosh is a keynote speaker and panelist at Project Management and Agile conferences.
Associated with Project Management Institute (PMI) Kerala chapter as Director and Vice President – Professional Development and received multiple recognition from PMI for leadership and major contributions.
Holds Bachelors Degree and Masters in Technology, and Executive MBA. Additional credentials include Six Sigma Master Black Belt, PMP, ITIL, COBIT and SAFe Practitioner.
